Pack a picnic, but don't hassle loading kayaks and paddles; we have them here for you. 
Spend a day in the sun then refresh on our beach or picnic tables under towering oaks. Just use the secure lock box to pay your fee or Venmo at @shirleyspark and enjoy!

Please reserve your kayak or paddle boat using the registration form on the kayak rack.
Follow the instructions on the signs. Rates are $10 for 6 hours per boat and includes access to the picnic grounds and beach. Please park on in the kayak area and not on camper's lawns or beyond the "campers only" sign If you don't want to rent a boat, your guest pass is simply
$10 for a car up to 4 people and $5 for each additional person.

Please note that boats are first come first serve. Please put in and take out from the grass and not the sand so that the kayas are kept clean for all to enjoy! Kayakers age 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult and life preservers are to be in the boat at all times. Please find the registration forms on site and complete the guest pass before departing to the water with your watercraft. Thank you and see you at the park!
